RESPECT OTHERS’ FEELINGS

Respecting other people’s feeling is a virtue that is of great price. In fact, it’s honourable when you hold in yourself so people don’t feel awkward or hurt by your action or words. Don’t treat people like trash or talk to them in an inappropriate way just because you have an advantage over them.

Being respectful has nothing to do with age, seniority or what you have, but an act of gratitude and consideration for others. When you talk disrespectfully to others, you’re actually doing that to yourself, because people who hold you in high regard are suddenly aware of the other part of you which had been kept a secret from them.

Choose your words carefully when addressing someone, especially when you are under provocation. Not giving it back to them in the way they gave it to you is a sign of your maturity, and most importantly, your faith in yourself that you are honourable.
